There's a short list of two restaurants at the moment. We were thnking about Belgo (Earlham 50 Earlham Street, WC2H 9HP) or Kettners (29 Romilly Street,W1D 5HP). Both are in the Soho - Covent Garden area.

If you're coming along, drop me a note at [email protected] or ring 07881=908=381.

Sounds good. I'm open to either.

We're going for Kettners (address above, but it's basically round the back of the Palace Theatre).

Meet in "The Cambridge" pub in Cambridge circus, I shall be there from 6pm. Nearest tube is Leicester Sq, and it's right next to the Palace Theatre, currently showing Monty Python's Spamalot. Hard to miss.

We'll head to Kettners for 6:30pm. My mobile number is above if anyone needs it.

Why "Blue Box"?

  • We chose the name "Blue Box" primarily as a nod to the era of phone phreaking in part to illustrate that threats to telephony are not new - they just continue to change and evolve. That and admittedly the name just sounded cool.
